Anmol, after a long day's work, stumbled upon the Fireweed Market, a vibrant hub of local farmers and artisans. His eyes widened with excitement as he saw the potential for their future endeavours. With determination and hard work, Anmol and Guri decided to set up a small tent at the Fireweed Market every Thursday, alongside their full-time jobs at another restaurant.
Their Indian delicacies soon became the talk of the town, drawing in crowds with the enticing aromas of spices and flavours. Eager to expand their reach and share their love for Indian cuisine with even more people, Anmol and Guri took a bold leap and decided to elevate their presence by investing in a professional food truck. With meticulous planning and unwavering dedication, Anmol and Guri transformed the food truck into a mobile culinary oasis. They carefully curated a menu that showcased the authentic flavours of India while incorporating their creative twists. From aromatic curries to street food snacks, each dish was crafted with precision and passion.
As they journeyed from market to market, festival to festival, Anmol and Guri remained steadfast in their mission to share the vibrant and diverse flavours of Indian cuisine with the world.
